Should we ban the PSOE? are many opinions that are heard in the Basque Country for the banning of the English Socialist Workers Party. Yes, certain sectors and calls for the banning of ASB, Basque Nationalist Action, and several electoral groupings based on the Law of Parties from many layers of Basque society calls for equality before the law and therefore the application of that law of parties to proceed to the PSOE to its banning, seizure of assets and dissolution, love to watch to prevent evasion of the law with the creation of new parties, the PSOE happen when outlawed.
