The Obituary of Le Gray (pt. 3)

had more than two weeks reviewing the papers, looking for some new news that however small, would serve to clarify the facts surrounding the disappearance of Le Gris. section had gone to other less credible judicial, had revised leaflets less respectful, more sensational, yellow tint that he likes so much to the soil.

was and managed to string together the fine thread of events that occurred since the death in the midst of the party to the odd fate of his body. Seemingly unrelated events, such as an abandoned car near the central cemetery, or the strange lights sighted beyond the eastern hills, facts that did not go entirely unnoticed by.

transformed his life, he devoted less time to walk around town without a job, spending bills that Le Gris consigned to your account every two weeks, started to become obsessed with this issue in a way that surprised him greatly. Leo knew that it had acquired a small plot on the outskirts when he discovered hidden in a desk drawer of the property deeds and the keys to the small cabin. He went that weekend, that of course was empty, no caregiver at all, the region was sparsely populated and not hear or barking dogs nearby, where the carriage stopped at the dilapidated fence at the entrance.

once entered was not much what he found there, a dusty table, two chairs, a wood stove, pots and pans, a rustic room with fireplace, a bed and a shelf with books and papers, which passed promptly review. What were you surprised he could find? many things: first, the date of death of Leo, circled in red ink and the second a list of names with one phone numbers. Sabogal and Nautfal, did not yet know who they were, but knew they were an integral part of this mystery. on the back of the phone book found another list (the mysterious legrisiana list) with several (not know yet that they were all) of the "gifts" given to Mr. Le Gris after death, its use and notes briefly outlined several hands.

could not help but walk towards the fireplace, an old stone building blackened by the passage of time. reviewed the ashes, looking for scraps of paper or something more to contribute to unraveling the case. deso instead had three symbols: one was a Chinese character drawn in the same book, the second eye of Ra, the third was a strange symbol that look at him with a chill, made a copy as faithfully as he could and gave a lap around the place.

thought it would come back, no idea what was that out as soon as he neared the door a black cat leaped from the woodpile next to the window, it seemed that he had been watching. the cat away and disappeared into the bushes, Antoine pushed toward the entrance, transport back as expected. began to get dark.
